Amongst the company’ strength are it’s vibrant creative background. Ruff sets the fashion trends and other companies follow. The company recruits only competitive designer therefore enabling the company to tackle new and existing design problems with ease. The company’s production team is a versatile machine which is able to maneuver from product to product/tailors and machinists: the company has a strong policy of recruiting only qualified machinists and the entire current team of machinists has a minimum of at least six years in the local industry. We train all junior level staff on our own to ensure continuity and maintain our desired quality standards. We also train our screen printers in house to enable them to adapt to our unique printing techniques which we have perfected throughout the years.  

Factory          

As an organisation we look to maintaining a strong dominance in the local market and also expanding into the regional markets. We also look set to create massive employment by being the only company of its kind operating in the Goromonzi district. Our location helps empower the rural people and at the same time at the same time following international trends where all successful manufacturing is done in a rural set up

Social Responsibilty

Ruff Designs has throughout the years partnered with other organisations and created a strong culture of assisting in the development of selected sports whenever it has been able. They have been major sponsors for the Richwood Paraplegic Club which the powerhouse in the wheelchair basketball. The company also partners with the BUZ Basketball Union of Zimbabwe when it hosts regional or international tournaments.

Managing Director

Terrance is at the helm of Ruff Designs and has several years of experience in the field. He has a Diploma in Textile Design and has lived and studied abroad mainly in the U.S.A where he worked as a commercial artist. He is a rare artist who is capable of dealing with all aspects of design both locally and internationally. His forte is ability to adapt to all aspects of Visual Arts which include Fine Arts, Textile Design, Commercial Art, Photography and Animation. Terrance Chiroodza is also an author of three books.

Advisor - Lois Chiroodza 

Mrs Chiroodza is a holder of a Bachelor of Science in Accounting (Houstonic Community College U.S.A.) A holder of a Bachelor of Education (U.Z), Lois’s incredible contribution, advise and insight has resulted in the growth and stability of the company.

Director - Rumbidzai Chiroodza (34Yrs)

Rumbidzai is a holder a Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Information Systems. She has vast experience in all aspects in graphic designing and conceptualising. she has a natural strength in administration. It is her creativity flair that gives the company a far-fetched advantage over its competitors because her aptitude to undertake all designing no matter how complex.
